Founded in 1993, Texoma Association of Total Rewards (formerly NTCA) was established by a group of compensation professionals committed to fostering education, collaboration, and professional growth within the Total Rewards field. Since its inception, Texoma TR has provided HR and compensation professionals with the resources, connections, and insights needed to navigate an evolving industry.
Texoma TR upholds the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and industry leadership, guided by our Board Ethics and Conduct Policy and organizational bylaws.
